my 360 messed up my halo so they are supposed to replace it but will they give me a new 1. What will happen and the game is messed up bad it has that ring around it and it has a fan looking mark.In this situation is it possible that they will not replace it. also the game does not work at sometimes or it just skips and freezes. Another thing if it does not work for me but works for them and they know it will they still replace it
