i want to talk in halo 3 to other people and my mic is fine how do i do it?

just plug the mic to the control located in the bottom and make sure the mic is on

if its a big team game like he said press up on the d pad.
if your problems in the lobby. make sure your not in an xbox live party and all of your setting or up to par.

sometimes u have to press up on the pad to activate but if ur in a custom game then u dont have to.
