They can track you, but usually they try to hit the uploaders and websites.

its obviously illegal to get games for free unless theyre extremely old.

it is illegal and you can be fined how ever they can only track it if you are using to much of a connection like downloading/uploading tons of Kb at a time

chances are they wouldn't go after you unless you're uploading tons on to pirating websites
