If you have over 1000 gamerscore on halo 3 alone, how do you get the security...

...helmet and the katana armor? Is my game glitched or what?? I've got over 1000 gamerscore on halo 3 alone and over 50 achievements!!! I should have it shouldn't I?? Please help me. I really want this armor and I dont understand why I dont have it. Please tell me what I need to do.

You need 49 achievements, 1000 gamer points, locate all the skulls(does not include mythic map pack). If you have all those you need to contact Bungie telling them you did not get the security armor.

make sure you have all the campain cheevs and the skulls

You have to get all the original achievements not the vidmaster ones(new ones)
