I'm going to buy Halo Wars, how is the offline multiplayer?

I don't want to hear: Don't buy it, it sucks, worst game ever, you will regret it, etc.

How is the two player? Is it like, skirmish against each other? Give me every detail you want to type.

The only offline multiplayer with more than one person Halo Wars has is system linking, there is no split screen mode because it would be too easy to just look at the other person's screen to see what they're doing. If you just want to play by yourself offline while doing it in a mulitplayer mode, there is a skirmish mode where you can have anywhere from 1 A.I. (on the opposing team) up to 5 A.I. (2 on your team with the other 3 on the opposing team).

The multiplayer is not as good as other halo games, its better ONLINE. But the game itself can be better, its as good game. I suggest saving your money for Halo 3: ODST, its multiplayer is sweet and the campaign is excellent. But Halo wars is a Must have, just buy Halo 3: ODST first, it'll be worth it.
