In halo 3 can u play against cpu in forge?

My brother and i play on forge but we want to play against some cpu cause it sucks with just us 2

Halo 3 is one of the few games where you can't play against CPUs on multiplayer. I would recommend buying XBL if you want to play people for a challenge to be honest.
