In Halo 3 can you stick someone with a frag grenade?

it's impossible to stick someone with a frag grenade in halo 3
only plasma grenades can stick people.
only if you have a mod and you can customize anything you want in the game to do whatever you want it to or if you are lagging really bad or glitching maybe something wierd could happen that may give you the impression of the frag actually sticking to the person, but it is impossible for the frag to stick.
they were probably lagging bad or modding (which i dont think there are any mods for halo 3 yet)
