In halo 3 how do i place a video on the screen that is in the sword room on the pit?

Like how people do in differnet machinimas they have thier own video but just on that little screen.Please help i need it for a video.

You cannot in the game. You have edit it in or use effects to place it there with a program on your computer. There is no way to place it there within the halo 3 game.

You need to mod the game although im pretty sure for that type of mod you need a dev kit.
