people. How do I change it? I can't look at screen shots or download maps from other people. I can not even view my own videos on halo 3. It always says this player is not allowed to view user created work. How can I change or fix this so I can do this.

Sounds like your family settings are adjusted or sumthing?

In order to do such things you would need to change your parental settings. If that is not the problem then I don't know what is.
