In Halo 3 my connection is off and on about good or bad... most games its perfect...

...and some other games its bad? okay so some of my games my connection is terrible and its making everybody else lag to... and when i go to my dashboard i check my internet connection and it has full bars...? is it because the host has a different router connection? or just bad connection? i need help on how to fix this.

well just turn your internet off and turn it back on or just turn your xbox off wait 5 seconds and turn it back on thats what i usually do and plus if u have a wired connection to your router then maybe someone is on your computer and making you lag.
