Bungie is now an independent developer but when Halo 3 was released they were owned by Microsoft. Halo 3 will never appear on a Sony console.

Like previously mentioned, Halo 3 will never be on PS3 because it Bungie was owned by Microsoft. Now that Bungie is its own company, it can make games for whatever system it wants, but Microsoft still owns rights for the Halo name, therefore no Halo title will ever appear on any other console.

I think it should too, but I wouldn't buy it again unless they upped the graphics and added some new cinematics. It looks beautiful on 360, but with the Cell processor it could be banana sandwich. SU-FI!

i think it should but halo has been for xbox ever since the first buy i have both a 360 and ps3
