Is Halo 3: ODST a good game?

According to many reviews, it's a pretty decent game, but it's way over priced, it's really just an add-on to Halo 3 that costs as much as a new game. $60 is just ridiculous. There's one new multiplayer mode, and the campaign can last from 5-8 hours, depending on your skill.

I'm going to get it once the price goes down.
