Is Halo 3 ODST going to have multiplayer?

I rented the Halo 3 game and fell in love with it and when I heard Halo 3 ODST was coming out I was very excited! I was wondering if I could play against other players in a normal kill each other match.

Yes you will be able to play multiplayer, but some of my friends say that it will still be connected to halo 3 multiplayer. This means that you will still have your same armor. Be surprised when I tell you that you can now unlock............ Recon Armor. If you heard of Halo Reach and you want to play the Beta (Multiplayer) then you have to go pre- order ODST right away.

ODST will be nothing more than an ad on for Halo3, It will be a Separate Halo 3 from a different view. And Multi player should be the same Multi player from halo 3 but maybe with different games ect.
