Is Halo Wars (4) in stores or released?

yes halo wars came out today. Just to let you know,

-Halo Wars is NOT the fourth game
-In fact it has nothing to do with the other halo games and is not even a first person shooter it is an RTS.
-It wasn't even made by bungie

First Halo wars is not a sequel to the other Halo games. Its just Halo Wars. But the game is coming out this month (i think).
