Is Halo Wars any good ?

I don't have an xbox 360 (just an xbox) so i can't buy halo 3 or halo wars. i played halo 3 off of my ex boyfriends 360 so i know that it is good. but halo wars came out after we broke up so i've never played it. i've read reveiws and summaries but it doesn't seem that appealing to me (and i'm a big fan of the halo trilogy). i assume its probably because i don't know what it about. was it anygood to you guys

If you like hardcore strategy games then its ok, but if you like to be in the middle of the action the no.

I really didn't like it.

Working with RTS on a gaming console doesn't work well. RTS games are awesome on the computer, where you have tons of hotkeys and you do everything fast and learn and shit, but the controls are annoying when you're using a controller.

And there are tons of other reasons why the game isn't good, check out GameSpot's review, which is probably my favorite place for reviews...

It got a 6.5 on gamespot which is bad.
