Sadly, No. The Game's supposed release date is somewhere in late 2008, though no exact release date has been annouced. I am anticipating it highly, and as you are inquiring about it, I'm going to guess you are too!

I love Halo Wars! I'm still trying to cope with the fact that its a Strategy Game and not a First-Person Shooter
