Is the Halo 3 heroic map pack still sold at Xbox Live Marketplace?

I just got my 360 and i want to know if the Halo 3 heroic map pack is still sold at the Marketplace or any where else i can get it.

yes just go to the maketplace go to all games find halo 3 and it should be there the maps cost 800 microsoft point (10 bucks) but they will be free in a month or 2
