Is the skull on Halo 3 that's behind the building Johnson's being held only on

Legendary? Also, what are some other easy skulls to get, I want a Hayabusa shoulder (not helmet, completely over used) and I only have 5 skulls. I have Black Eye, Tough Luck, Catch, Grunt Birthday Party, and Blind. Any others I need to get (I know where Mythic is, I just haven't got it yet.) And, keep in mind, I need to know whether or not the Iron Skull is available only on Legendary.

all the skulls can be found on normal, heroic and legendary.

thunderstorm is on Cortana in the room where cortanas voice in the background says 'you like to play games? so do i' you need to put a deployable cover on top of a supply case that is left from the entrance. then use the fungi to climb up onto the roof, careful you dont hit your head it stops you reaching the ledge.

on Floodgate, at the very start when you go down the slope there is a building on the right. a flood appears there and jumps over the path that you take. you have to kill it in midair, because if you kill it early the skull is on the roof, and too late it is behind the fence.

IWHBYD skull is on the level The Covenant, at the end after truth is dead the, jump through the rings in the following order 4654534 to unlock it it is near the light bridge that you go across to reach the controlls. by the way, ring 1 is at the elevator and ring 7 is closest to the controls. ring 4 is in the middle.

also on The Covenant in the section where you fly the hornets, go to the second tower (the one the elites/arbiter activated) there is a large section sticking out, the skull in that ner the end. theres also a terminal if you go inside.

tto find a skull, you have to start the mission from the beginning or it doesnt appear. also you need nine skulls for the hayabusa shoulders. hayabusa is overused anyone who thinks it isnt is wrong.
