Is there a way to get my online rank on halo 3 DOWN?

Im an achievement hoe and its extremely difficult trying to get spree achievements against brigadiers and 5 star generals, so i was wondering if there was a way to DOWN-GRADE my online rank? I was thinking of losing of matches in lone wolves to get my highest skill down. Any ofther suggestions would be great.
P.S. Creating a new live account or anything similar is not an option.
