Is there any game for the PS3 that is similar to Halo Wars?

I'm looking for a game that is the same as halo wars. you know you get your troops build a fortress and so forth, Any Ideas?

The genre of games that you're talking about are known as Real Time Strategy games, or RTS for short. Here's one I can recommend for you...

Command and Conquer: Red Alert 3 is very similar. It's set in the very near future and is pretty much identical to Halo Wars. The only difference is that it doesn't have set building slots... Which is a good thing!

Lord of the rings, the .. aww whats it called I didnt get it because I dont like them type of games but its one where you move armies to position an stuff like that
I think its battle for middle earth
