Is there such thing as Halo 4? If there is, will Bungie release Halo 3 on PC?

I'm a huge fan of Halo and I just wanted to know if there is going to be Halo 4. Also will Bungie release Halo 3 on the PC? I heard rumors that "Halo Reach" was their last game, since Bungie separated with Microsoft, in order for Bungie to make their own money and have their own rights. Let me know if anything comes up!
