IWHBYD skull Halo 3, nothing funny happening?

I unlocked the skull and got the achievement, but i have yet to hear anything remotely funny. Any suggestions?

you must complete campain on legendary you could send me a friend request on johnnyacharles thats my gamertag. The same thing happend until i say the legendary ending. Also this is my third account halo3 was game of the year twice and happens to still be the top game out so stop ranting.

Did you turn it on in the point settings before you started the campaign? When it is activated, you can hear all sorts of funny sayings from the characters in the game.
