Making New accounts for halo 3?

Well im really good at halo, as well as my double team buddy. He usually makes the new accounts and i him help up to a fifty. And today i wanted to make a new account and i did. its was a 1 month gold membership. When i met up with my friend it said i didnt have all the maps to play double team. Even though i have bought all the maps on my other account.

Anyway I gave my friend the account, and he didn't have a problem with the map situation like i did. Why do the maps on new account work for him and not me.

BTW i have all the maps. There on my other account on the exact same Xbox as i made the new account on. PLEASE HELP!!!

It's because the universe is taking its revenge on you for making multiple accounts and ruining it for new players to the game and everybody in between.
