My friends xbox 360 freezes every time he goes on halo wars?

My friend latly bought halo wars but every time he goes on it freezes at random points in the game. he has tried saving it to his hardrive but it still froze. Somebody help
sorry i forgot to mention every other game works on his xbox

has he added any hacks on third party programs or took it apart? if he hasnt call up the xbox support line or call the numbers for support in the halo wars booklet
