My halo 3 limited addition got scratched up by the case, will bungie still give me

they should because bungie r really good about that sort of thing.
u could go on their websit and email them or call microsoft

You can try but most likely you are not because it is a damage you caused not saying you did but that's how they look at it, your best option is probably buy dr cd or whatever that thing that fixes scratches on cds.
