My Xbox 360 freezes in Halo 3's Main Menu?

I bought Halo 3 a while back, and when I went to put it in. It froze on the selection menu. It freezes at the SAME spot every time,exactly at the same spot every single time! I thought it was the disc, though there are no scratches, cleaned it and tried it again, again, and again, still, no luck. Took it over my friends house and it worked fine! Brought it back home and it froze like always. I never had a RROD or freezing during any of my games, only Halo 3, in the same place every time. Do you know what's going on?
