My xbox freezes 20 minutes into a game of Halo Wars.?

When I got the demo for Halo Wars it worked great! Then it started freezing 20 minutes into a game of skirmish. I ignored it because it was the demo, but then when I got the real game it kept happening. My xbox 360 will either freeze completely or it will the screen will freeze but I can still talk to my friends.
Better add that it only happens when I play Halo Wars skirmish.
