Need help with Halo 3!?

Ok so I just finishedplaying Halo 3 on Heroic, but I want to play it again on Legendary so I can unlock more acheivements. Now even though I have finished playing it still says, Resume Solo Game. I just don't know what to do. I've tried everything icluding: looking at the instructions manual; clicking Resume Solo Game and doing that over and over again; And MORE!!! WHAT DO I DO?!?

when why not start' a new game then
on your halo 3' and pick it from there.
