It started when our old xbox broke, so we returned it, and they fixed it, while we held on to the Hard drive and face plate, turns out, via checking the serial numbers, we found out that we had recieved a brand new xbox, which for some reason loaded our accounts, but none of our custom maps, films, or DLC maps such as the 3 map packs or Cold Storage. I have checked the data on the hard drive and found everything is still there, but why isn't it loading from the drive to the new xbox? Were we supposed to do something to unsynch it from the old xbox? Is there something to do to resynch it? I'm sure it's like something very simple I'm just to thick to have figured out. Thanks.
