On Halo 3, how do you get the spartan officer rank so you get that achievment or

whateva? It says, To unlock this achievment, be reconised as a true spartan(online). How do I do that?

You must have an Xbox live account and play online competitive matches. Once you achieve a certain skill level you will become an officer. If I remember correctly to be the lowest ranking officer, a lieutenant, you have to have a skill level of 20 with at leaast 100 experience points.
