On Halo 3, i can never advance a Rank on ranked games. I'm a leiutenit grade...

...2,184 exp with 10 highest rank I am a luitenit grade 2, 184 exp and i can never advance a rank anymore. I won 4 games straight and never came close to advancing a rank. Some people tell me its because of my high exp, (by the way, i have like 300 social games ,tournys,double exp weekends, matches and only about 200 RANKED matches.)

No. Try playing a different type of ranked match. Like if you play Team Slayer. Start playing Team Doubles or Start playing Lone Wolves and stuff like that. And rank up there. It worked for me.
