On Halo 3: ODST, I did Prepare To Drop on Legendary, by myself, with no shots fired and no grenades thrown, but when i completed it, it didnt unlock. I did melee the enemies which is supposedly allowed. Do you have to beat campaign first before you do it?
By the way, i did that Mombasa Streets thing which is kind of part of it, not just that cut scene or whatever
