On halo wars how do you get a scarab tank on skirmish?

Your question is a little hard to understand, first of all the Scarab is not a tank. But in order to get the Scarab you need to upgrade your leader temble to the max, have 2,000 resources and an extra 20 empty unit slots avaiable. Meaning if your army maxes out at 40, you need to have 20 units or less built.
