ok i got a account that is perm banned from matchmaking and i bought a new xbox. k now if i recover that banned account onto the new xbox will i be able to play matchmaking

Why on earth does that make sense to you...the account is banned...NOT the Xbox. The server will know that account no matter what Xbox you're on.

Nope. It's all about the account. I'd get a new account with the new box. One thing though, they might be tracking your IP address, but they might not.

And secondly, why would you be able to play on an acount that got banned... even if you recovered it... wtf? Get a new acount...
