"PLayers failed to load"? Halo 3 Map Pack?

What do I do? I downloaded all the maps for Halo 3. When I try to play them, it says "Players Failed To Load Content". I re-downloaded them and nothing happened. I created a new account and put xbl silver on it and downloaded it. nothing. I even called 1-800-My-Xbox and they couldn't help me. Please help me.
