Problem with Halo 3 please help?

Okay so I changed my hardrive from my old x box 360 to my new one
And since I play Halo 3
The legendary map pack isn't showing on all my profiles only one of them
This is a problem because I have a couple of accounts that I play doubles in
So does anybody have suggestions?

Have you tranferred you license? :
