problems with halo wars?

i got halo wars last week and i think the game is awesome. when i first played it the xbox 360 sounded like it was playing 3 times louder than when i play halo 3 (the loud buzzing noise it makes when playing a game). it was fine till 3 days ago. i was playing an online match and it asked me if i wanted to save some options files so i agreed and it takes me to a black screen and it says that it cannot find my hardrive. next it tells me that i need to restart my Console and my disk cannot be read when i bought it 3 days earlier and from the moment i got the game its sat in my xbox 360. so after it did this i restarted it and it corrupted my xbox live profile so i had to delete all my saved information and recover my account. after i did that it worked fine and i got off my xbox an hour later. 2 days after the accordance it happened again. this time it just randomly said it needed to quit and restarted my game. after i did this my xbox acted like it was extremely laggy when i have high speed cable and it has never lagged before. i went to get into a party and i could talk to them but i could do nothing on my xbox. the screen froze but i could still talk to my Friends.i restarted it again with the same result so i turned it off and decided to deal with it tomorrow. well today is the day and my xbox is in a lag storm, like i have internet through AOL or something. and this has never happened before until i bought and played halo wars.
