question regarding HALO 3?

This is a double question:
1st: what is best playlist to play in for the new lightswitch (reach 50exp in the new EXP progression system) achievement?
2nd: for the meta-game achievements (point scoring in campaign), when playing co-op are all the players' points added or is it singular (JUST TO GET THE ACHEIEVEMENT, I KNOW U CAN ADD THEM ALL UP)

(2nd question) i'm not sure but i reckon you should do it single player and put as many skulls as you can, i'de go for the skulls such as grunt birthday part and IWHBYD and all those other skulls which don't really effect gameplay.
