Recovering a banned from halo 3 account to your xbox?

well my friend said he just got 1600 Microsoft points, and he wants to share them with me, but his account has been banned from halo 3 experience, and i dont want to really mess up my record using his account to ban my xbox, hes telling me to recover his account, so i can download games and play them with him when he recovers it back, but in the past he's told me he's been banned from experience, on his xbox, so will recovering his account to my xbox ban my xbox from exp?

Not sure but if he's been banned so many times on xbox it sounds like maybe you shouldn't let him on your xbox.
