Resident Evil 5 vs. Halo Wars?

Okay so i need to make a list for my parents for my birthday and the main thing that i cant decide on right now is Resident Evil 5 or Halo Wars....

In the march issue of OXM, they gave both of them a 9/10 and Game Informer gave Halo Wars a 9/10 and they haven't rated RE5 yet...

so if anyone who has either one, or just has one of them, can help me that would be greatly appreciated
