Should 11year-old brother be able to play halo 3 with me?

i'm 16 and i wanna beat co-op badly so i need to convince my parents to let my 11-year-old brother (who is suprisingly good at war games) play halo 3. suggestions?
oh, and should the game be Mature?
he can only play teen games

yeah just let your parents watch you play so they see that it is not a bad game. no cussing. no blood. just a little shooting

well if you cant get your parents to let him play just wait untill they are out of the house let him play and dont tell them, of course you can play co -op ot Xbox live if you want it that badly
