Should I buy Halo 3 or Call of Duty 4?

I'm going to buy one game and don't know which one to buy... I like both and Halo is $10 cheaper... Which one do you think I should buy?

No do not go with COD4, it let me down in so many different ways. If you are not going to play online, then I suppose COD is good, but Halo 3 is much better online...

Halo is HIGHLY over rated. I know that if you are going to play halo 3 online, then the community is filled with nothing but people who want to be jerks. However most games are. I never played call of duty 4 online but I have seen my freinds play it online and it seems to me that it would be more entertaining. Call of duty 4 compairing to halo 3, in single player, outranks halo 3 by fact. Halo 3 is filled with mostly videos instead of missions. The acheivements are easier to obtain in call of duty 4 because the majority of halo3 acheivements are online. I personally dis-like all halo games, But as far as the difficulty of the game goes, halo 3 is way easier to beat than call of duty 4. Call of duty 4 is hard and long and I also broke my controller on my tv because of it. If I were you I would get call of duty 4 just because the gameplay is better. Not to mention graphics are way better.

if cod4 is the same for xbox as it is for pc then i would go with halo 3 because cod4 seems to be too short but in general both games are great

i say call of duty 4 i play that and the online alone is well worth the extra ten bucks and the story is not bad

the graphics are better, and the overall game is much funner!
the levels are more extreme, and it makes you want to play again and again!

COD is worth the extra money!

Idk, depends on what you like.
I like Call of Duty 4 because its human, not saying Halo 3 is not human but more realistic than Halo 3.
So I pick the COD4.
