Should I buy Halo Wars or Not?

I was thinking about getting halo wars, but i'm also saving up to build my own gaming pc. so far I have about $400. what should i do and why?

If you enjoyed Halo 3, I would say it's a must. It's been rated as good as Halo 3; so it must be worth playing.

no, halo wars isnt even out yet, and its only good if you like rts games like starcraft or warhammer

and it would only cost $60 so it would only put a dent in ur savings, unless you dont even have a 360 yet
