Should I get Gears 2 or Halo 3?

I really can't decide because both look awesome. I've played Halo 1+2 and Gears 1. I liked both about the same but I know they have added some new features and stuff. So, which has better campaign, replay value, etc?

Gears of War 2 - better game play overall in my opinion.

Gears 2. gears 2 has an amazing storyline and amazing online play halo is so over rated gears 2 is the way to go you wont be upset.
