should i get halo 3,gears of war, and halo 2,or guitar hero 3? xbox 360?

Gears of war 2 is coming out in November, it will be a waste to get Gears of War now.

The Halo series is horrible, if you like FPS get Call of Duty 4 or Battlefield.
