Should i sell my BFBC2 and Gears of War 2 to get Halo: Reach?

I never liked Battlefield Bad Company series and the online sucks, and Gears 2 i always liked this game but i have a cousin who is willing to play this game and he told me if he could buy it from me for 35 bucks.
Where i come from, New games cost like 79, i think its 70 bucks lol.

Oh and these 2 games are very clean and no scratch, not a single scratch... only been played for 2 months.
Should i sell them to get Halo: Reach?

i would, but gears of war 2 is not worth that much, you can get it cheaper at game stop, your ripping your cousin off
