Starting by making a Halo 3 clan or joining a clan?

I have been playing halo 3 for a couple of years and ive been thinking about starting an halo 3 clan but really dont know how to start a clan over xbox live and other people keeps telling me that it is hard to start a clan so what all require starting a halo 3 clan? And if theres any clan out that is looking for new members ill tryout. My gamertag is Zenoxaga

all you really need is friends who play halo 3 frequently and basically just have the same emblem i jus got my halo 3 copy again so if you wanna start a clan wit me im all in,ill add you look out 4 my Gamertag:ECP HitMan
