The best and cheapest external Capture Card for Halo 3?

Yeah I'm soon gonna open a site were I capture everybody's films and provide excellent service but first I need a capture card. I have a website, a xbox 360, halo 3, and lots of time now I just need a cap card. Please find me a good deal on one. It must be external and work with windows XP and under $50
I want it to be USB connection

yeah boss....
i got ur point on u need a capture card for ur stuff....
but u neva said what kind of card do you need...cause there are 9 types of cards available....such as
SD card, memory stick pro duo, XD card, micro SD, mini SD, M2 (memory stick micro) adn lots of more....cant remember...sorry for that...
and u said they shud workm wid Win xp....to be truthful the cards is not a hardware and no computer will recognise it....
now if u can throw one other ques with full details on what device are u gonna insert the card.....what capacity does the device support...what capacity du u need to store data....
then cud help...uu
