Trouble with halo 3 and films?

When i go to the film area of Halo 3, in which you can watch your previous games, it says that my gamertag is restricted from user created content...no one else i know has a problem like this and i was wondering why because when my friends send me a video i cant watch it

Any information on this would be appreciated, thanks

Exactly what the first guy said. My brother had the problem and this fixed it. Make it is set up for EVERYONE! very important.
