What happened to Halo 3 on live?

i just came back on xbox live after 3 months and halo 3 is all different.. i dont have big team and other playlists anymore, and my rank is recruit and silver (i know its from TrueSkill, but i dont understand how that works) so what exactly happened..?

new raking system and new achievements oh and added 3 new playlist and deleted like 5

I dont know why they changed the gametypes in matchmaking, i prefer the old ones with big team and rocket race but everyone I ask about it doesnt know anythin. Oh the truskill is the same as the ranks before only you get seperate ranks for each game type now as well as an all around score

I just got back too and yea, I hate how they don't have that big battle feature, made the game so much more fun. I love ranked but I love huge fights.

They are trying to copy all the other shooters out there. The squad things are basically team objective games. The ranking is just to help you know were YOU are, not the team you played on that was really good.
